Cancellations for club, camps and birthday parties:

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing by email or message, the date of which will serve as justification to calculate the cancellation charge.

 

The cancellation charges for cancellations made by the client will be as follows:
– More than 30 days will only require payment of administration charges of 60 CHF per person 
– Between 30 days and 7 days : 50 % of the total price
– Less than 7 days before the start or no - show : 100% of the total price

In the case that the camp is cancelled by Bee Creative, participants will be reimbursed the full amount.
